The Memoranda of Understanding between Hungary and the Donor States entered into force on 12 November 2011. 12 programmes are now being drafted and open calls can be expected late this year or early 2013.
Designated Programme Operators of the 12 programmes (see details here) have eight months to prepare and submit the programme proposals to the donors for evaluation. The Working Committees and the so-called Cooperation Committees (where the Programme Operators and the partner organisations from the donor states can make formal strategic decisions about the given programme) have all been set up, and are working on the detailed programme proposals.
