Olav Berstad, Norwegian Ambassador to Hungary and Slovenia, recently attended a conference in Ljubljana called “Slovenia and the European Union 25 years after recognition”, organised by the Slovenian MFA in cooperation with the European Commission Representation in Slovenia and the Slovenian Press Agency. The conference was opened by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Karl Erjavec and the highly esteemed panel featured among others Slovenia’s first President, first Prime Minister and first Minister of Foreign Affairs.
The conference was followed by the opening of a documentary exhibition on the 25th anniversary of the international recognition of Slovenia.
